I was first drawn to Yoga for the physical workout, but soon found the spiritual, emotional, and mental aspects were what benefited me most. As a Social Worker, I has always been an empath with the desire to help. As I grew in my own practice I realized I wanted to learn more about how Yoga can heal, I earned my RYT-200 from Dharma in March 2018, then went onto my RYT-500 in September 2020 through Cambio Yoga. In May 2021 I completed a Level 1 Kundalini Training through the Kundalini Research Institute.

Through yoga I have found a deeper version of Self and I continue to grow both on and off the mat. 

In my classes you will a mixed approach of Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Wellbeing. There will always been some form of meditaton in class no matter what style. My vision as a teacher is to help you find a connection with your deeper self and use this connection to move throughout your day as the best version of yourself. I give you tools to take your practice off your mat and into the ebbs and flows of daily life.
